![]() ![]() I find the best place to put it is on one of the corners of your Campus. It’s slim, but considering you need space on all 4 sides of your Campus it can get in the way. It’s a plank-like structure which accumulates Apprentices every 24 hours. The first building you’ll place is the Wisdom Square. Even with my space left over from Wood Elves and freeing up some space upgrading my Residence and sacrificing a row, I was never able to place 4 which is an optional quest (if you have space nearby but none to fit on your Campus, you can do what I did and built buildings I stuck in free spots not connected to the Campus so you can swap one for another but it’s both unnecessary and kind of a pain). But they’re still good sized buildings and you’re required to place 3 of each. Thankfully, the Facilities don’t get bigger. Evidently I was so preoccupied with catching up with Halflings that I totally forgot to do a guide on S&D! Allow me to remedy this post haste.Īs I said last time, going into it you’re going to need a lot of space. Just a suggestion. It’s definitely been a long time since my first look at Sorcerers and Dragons. Or, If you run into such things and find them too difficult/complex you could say nothing except that "I find them too complex." and leave it at that. Such qualifiers lessen the impact of your judgement and turn what sounds like a harsh complaint into a observation/personal opinion. You might like to qualify such statements with "in my opinion" or "it seems to me," or even "While some find them useful" (which some do) "for me they are too complex). Referring to them as "crazy" and "more trouble than they are worth," are personal judgements but do come across as general statements of the products worth. The calculators, spreadsheets, and advice offered is sometimes more complex than we like, but the people offering those things have put a LOT of work into their effort. ![]() In addition, please be careful about complaining too much when tools others supply for free don't meet your needs. In other words, what I do depends (there's that word again) on a lot of other things than how many sentient goods mfrs I have. I have 1, 2, 1 and am in chapter 15 with no real problems, but I collect 5 times a day, produce a lot of spells and have AW production increases, as well as sentient goods decay decreases. One thing effects another, effects another, and so on and so on. However, an awful lot of answers, in this game, end up saying "depends." Depends on playing style, speed desired of advancement, how many times you collect each day, the amount of space you have and so on, including how many diamonds you are willing to purchase. It's always easier to just follow the easiest course. If you want simple answers I can understand that. simple to understand questions asking for simple to understand answers. thinking of going with only one standard boosted manufacturer as i have like 1.5 million in each. 245k for my next 3 knowledge upgrades while using sentient goods to upgrade all manufacturers along with using sentient goods to produce goods in my visitor race buildings. I am seeing the need for a 2nd sentient boosted building of each now. now i ask, " do i need 1 or 2 boosted sentient buildings of each" ? nice and simple. (if you have not learned about sentient goods yet, read it, get a head start on building those buildings a map ahead of time) There are simple rules like, "only build boosted buildings" or " you only need 2 standard boosted buildings once you start building sentient boosted buildings". the gems page was nice and simple, but again, it does not answer the simple question i asked. " how many of each sentient boosted buildings does one need in the last 2 maps" ? i do not need to use some spread sheet from hell. Thank you, but i do not need that crazy calculator that would be more trouble to learn than it is worth, i asked simply. ![]()
